About Me
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, working with you as a partner in your journey. My goal is to help you feel more confident and secure with your emotions, and to become more comfortable navigating a wide range of feelings.
I often think of people feeling stuck in a small space—trapped by uncertainty, repetitive arguments, or not knowing how to feel better. Together, we’ll work to gradually expand that space. I aim to create a supportive and understanding environment while helping you build practical strategies to manage life’s challenges.
Let’s work together to expand your space and build the strategies you need—schedule a session today!

Getting started is simple—reach out to book a free consultation call with one of our Intake Coordinators, a licensed therapist. During this call, we’ll review your goals, current challenges, therapy history, preferences for therapy style or modality, and any specific needs or concerns. From there, we’ll match you with the most suitable therapist and find a time and format (virtual or in-person) that feels like the best fit for you.

I bring over 20 years of experience in social services, grounded in a Master of Social Work and a deep understanding of people’s lived experiences. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), CBT (with advanced training in self-harm and CPT), ACT, and the Gottman Method. This blend allows me to support both individuals and couples with practical tools while also creating meaningful, lasting emotional change.
