About Me
I strive to create a therapy space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply need a place to sort through your thoughts, you will be met with warmth, curiosity, and respect. The goal is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences and feel truly heard.
My approach to therapy is both structured and collaborative. I will help guide the process so you don’t feel lost, while also making space for you to explore what matters most to you. Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you better understand your emotions, patterns, and relationships while building practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
In our work together, you can expect to become more able to notice, name, and understand your emotions, gain clarity around your patterns and relationships, and develop strategies to cope with challenges. You may also begin to understand your unmet needs more deeply, while building a stronger sense of confidence, self-awareness, and self-trust.
