Founder, Psychotherapist

I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples, supporting anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and past experiences. Using attachment-focused, client-centered approaches, I help you uncover patterns, reframe unhelpful thinking, and build practical tools for emotional healing, resilience, and stronger relationships. My specialties include IFS, EFT/EFIT, CBT, and trauma-focused therapy. I offer individual and couples counselling, with virtual sessions available across Ontario on weekdays and evenings.

Jackie Tanner

Psychotherapist

I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families, helping you navigate anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges. Using a structured, client-paced approach, I combine CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Walk & Talk Therapy to build practical strategies and promote lasting change. Sessions are available in-person in Toronto (Broadview & Danforth) or virtually across Ontario, weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I offer a supportive, empathetic space where growth, connection, and resilience are the goal.

Judy Basmaji

I provide compassionate therapy for adults and couples, supporting anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, OCD, self-esteem, identity exploration, and mild to moderate PTSD. I also work with clients navigating cultural or religious challenges. My approach is client-centered, helping you build insight, coping strategies, and healthier connections while fostering personal growth and resilience.
