Hi there, and welcome. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. If you are feeling anxious at the thought of beginning therapy, you are not alone and I’m here for it. There may be tears, there may be laughs, there will be hard things, there will be great moments, and most importantly, there will be change.
My structured approach recognizes your emotions while offering practical strategies to help you manage your emotional and mental wellness. I use elements of Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Walk and Talk Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
