Hi everyone, as a BIPOC therapist (Jamaican, Irish, Chinese), I approach therapy with that mindset that we are all on this journey of healing, and therapy is one way to help us heal. Using a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens, we get to hold space for your lived experiences that have caused pain in your life. Attachment theory is my bread and butter and helps us to draw connections from our past into our present to give clarity on the why of who we are.  My role is simple, I will work with you as a guide toward achieving your goals, uncovering patterns, reframing unhelpful thinking, healing from painful experiences, and provide you with tools and resources to empower you to live the life of your dreams.

My structured approach recognizes your emotions while offering practical strategies to help you manage your emotional and mental wellness. I use elements of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT),  Walk and Talk Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
