1. What inspired you to become a therapist?
I’ve always been drawn to people’s inner worlds, fascinated by resilience, and naturally became a confidante. Personal experiences also shaped the therapist I am today.2. What’s something you value deeply in your work or life?
Authenticity and human connection. I create spaces where people can show up as they truly are, without fear of judgment.3. How would you describe your personality in a few words?
Warm, calm, thoughtful, curious, grounded.4. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Traveling, long walks, podcasts, exploring cafés, and time with loved ones. I also enjoy embroidery and Pilates.5. What’s one small thing that brings you joy?
A really good iced latte and a long walk, especially in the fall.6. Do you have a favorite quote, mantra, or guiding belief?
“What you resist persists.” Difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences often grow stronger when we push them away. Healing begins when we face them with curiosity and compassion instead of resistance.

I value curiosity and reflection, while also providing practical tools and strategies to manage anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges.
My goal is to help you gain insight into your experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges and supporting personal growth.
