About Me

You might come into this space feeling disconnected, lost, or untethered—like you’re moving through life without a steady sense of ground. You may be navigating challenges in your relationships, dating, or going through a separation or divorce, while also carrying the weight of trauma, grief, or overwhelming emotions you can’t quite name. If you’re longing for clarity, stability, and a deeper sense of wholeness, you don’t have to go through it alone.

In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can begin to understand your emotions and reconnect with yourself. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore relationship patterns and strengthen connection, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support and heal parts of you shaped by past experiences, including trauma and loss. For those who wish, I also offer Christian-informed therapy, integrating faith into the healing process in a way that feels meaningful and grounding.

My hope is that through our work, you begin to feel more anchored within yourself—more connected, more clear, and more aligned with what matters most to you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to book a free consultation to get started.
